By using ProposalAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProposalAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProposalAI is an AI-powered tool that helps freelancers generate customised Upwork proposals. The Service is provided as a subscription (Pro Plan at $19/month) and a free tier (3 proposals).

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
One account per user — creating multiple accounts to abuse the free tier is prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
Submit content that is harmful, fraudulent, or violates any third party's rights
Resell or redistribute outputs from the Service without permission

5. Subscription and Billing

The Pro Plan is billed monthly at $19/month
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy

6. AI-Generated Content

Proposals generated by ProposalAI are AI-assisted suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting proposals on Upwork. We do not guarantee any particular outcome (e.g. job wins) from using generated proposals.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. The AI-generated proposals are provided for your personal use. ProposalAI retains all rights to the platform, branding, and underlying technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProposalAI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
